• You keep 100% of any origination fee you wish to charge,
• You can potentially earn up to 1/2 point in yield spread premium,
• And we will collect the fees for you!

What kind of loans are we looking to fund internally?  In a nut shell:

• Small business, owner-user (owner occupied) real estate loans ranging from $500,000 to $8,000,000 that may be single tenant or multi-tenant.
• Construction to Permanent financing for small business, owner-user property – meaning that we can help the client buy it, build it, and finance the permanent, up to $5,000,000.
• Property types include multi-purpose (office, retail, warehouse, industrial) and special purpose (automotive, medical, restaurant, etc.).
• Commercial investor property where the client wishes to avoid the restrictions imposed by Wall Street Conduits or Life Companies and is willing to pay a slightly higher rate for bank-flexibility.
• “Story” loans in both categories where the credit might be weak (down to 650 mid-score), but the loan truly makes sense to do.
• Bridge Loans to $50,000,000 on properties with current cash flow.
• Portfolios of REO, performing, and non-performing loans.
• Rural Properties, both investor and owner-user.
