Welcome to Excelsion’s New Broker Registration page. We only have a few forms for you to complete before you can get started earning large commercial commissions, but thankfully they are short. We also have a Broker Agreement we want you to complete so that we spell out what each other’s role is when it comes to originating loans.
The good news is that when you are done, you can begin to earn significant commissions on owner-user (small business) and commercial investment real estate (click here for more information). However, not all of your submissions will fit our internal funding guidelines.
When that happens, we will tell you so that you can continue to broker it yourself (especially you have taken one of our Commercial Loan Origination Courses).
